It's been a couple weeks off and I've aqcuired some fresh cuts for these upcoming gigs. On Friday, April 26th the much awaited Stations North Free Tool Library is opening it's doors and it's time to get down!! With power tool races, costumes, beer and a funk filled after party this is going to be the place to be in Bmore next Friday! Check out the facebook event page here and invite your buds.
Then on Saturday April 27th Bohfolk will be spinning the choicest funk bluegrass cuts at The first annual Charm City Bluegrass Fest which will be held at Union Craft Brewing!

This weekend I'm back in Mahanoy City for an all out 70's Party at McNiff's Irish Pub.
I'm excited to announce the return to Portside Tavern in Canton for a month long Thursday residency, beginning March 7th!
Also, on Sunday March 17th Bohfunk will be holding down the funkiest party on St Patrick's day under the tent next to Portside Tavern.

The legendary Otis Day and The Knights (Animal House) will be hosting Toga Party on Friday March 15th. Bohfunk will open the night and spin a 30 minute set between Philly funksters Swift Technique and Otis Day. This is going to be bash you do not want to miss. RSVP to the event page here.

Union Craft Brewery will be hosting a Truck Party Food Rally consisting of some of the top Food Trucks from around Baltimore. Along with amazing beers the folks at Union have decided to serve a side of Bohfunk to help those Duck Pin Ales slide back even smoother. Come out on Friday, February 8th for some cheap pints, great food and tasty funk.
On Saturday, February 23rd the Funk Train rolls into McNiff's Irish Pub. This will be Bohfunk's first appearence in his hometown to host a 70s Funk & Soul Party like Mahanoy City has never seen. RSVP and invite your friends via the facebook event page here.

Two weeks til Philly gets Funky!!! Can't wait to throw it down once again in the city of Brotherly Love.

On February 2nd, the Troegs Brewing Company is hosting my good friends Control for Smilers and they've invited me back to Philly to rage The Blockley along with fellow funksters The 9's. This Saturday 10/27 (Halloween) in Bmore is gonna rage! Whether you're attending the bash for Believe in Music charity at the Science Center or will be getting your electro fill with Papadosio and Brothers Past at Rams Head Live you have no reason to go home afterwards.
Bohfunk and Segway will be hosting an After Party for these events at Hour Haus on North Ave. The party gets started w/ Bohfunk around 1:30 and will be immediately followed by a looong set by Segway. Don't slack on getting to this as capacity is limited.
In November we'll be making our first trip to Annapolis to support the CD Release of great friends The Higher Hands at The Whiskey. Naptown bout' to get funk'd!

DJ Bohfunk returns to the almighty 8x10 Club on December 20th for his first STAGE SET to support friends and local electronica act Segway. Galaxy Dynamite will be sandwiched between sets to keep the grooves going all night.

On November 3rd Bohfunk invades DC! The Baltimore Management Agency is hosting a Lettuce/Soulive AFTER PARTY just down the street from 930 Club at the Axum Lounge. Doors are at 12AM and the Funk will rage into the late night and you never know who might stop by. Axum Lounge is a short walk from the 9:30 Club and just two blocks from the Green Line Metro.

This month is shaping up to be the Funkiest of the year with 3 back to back weekends of funky vinyl cuts. Next weekend Aug 11th Bohfunk will be returning to Funk E Fest for the 3rd year in a row with tweener sets as well as a full length Late Night set!
The following weekend Aug 17-19 we head north to the 5th Annual Equifunk Festival for sets both Friday and Saturday!
Finally, on the 24th we're gonna put that famous spring-loaded dancefloor to work at the Baltimore debut of Blake's Tiger Party held at The 8x10 Club.

JUST ANNOUNCED - Bohfunk will be warming up the spring-loaded 8x10 dancefloor for the LA Based Funkified sounds of Orgone on July 26th. The DJ set will be the only opening act of the evening and is sure to get the Bmore crowd on their feet. Get your tickets in advance here.
